Frequently asked questions
- I have a printed certificate, where is the code?
- Look at the bottom edge of the document; the code is printed in monospace beside a small lock icon and also encoded in the QR.
- Why does my verification show 'not valid'?
- The code may be mistyped, expired, or the certificate may have been revoked by the Registrar. Contact registrar@glc.college for clarification.
- Can employers verify in bulk?
- Yes. Hiring teams may request a CSV verification endpoint by writing to registrar@glc.college.
